Printing from Windows Computers via LAN:
Step 1: Connect the print server to your USB printer using the USB interface, and power on both the print server and the USB printer.
Step 2: Download and install the Print Server Configuration APP from our company on your smartphone.
Step 3: Use the Print Server Configuration APP to obtain an IP address for the print server. Open the APP, search for the print server device (identified by the device code on the label), select your WiFi network, enter the password, and connect to the WiFi network to obtain a dynamic IP address.
Step 4: Add the print server’s IP address to your target USB printer on your computer. You can then enjoy an excellent printing experience through the Print Server.
For Printing via Android Smartphone:
Download and install the third-party app “PrinterShare” or “PrintHand” on your smartphone. Follow the user manual to set it up, and you’ll be able to send print jobs wirelessly.
Printing from Windows Computers via Bluetooth (No PIN Code Required):
Step 1: Connect the Bluetooth print server to the USB printer using a USB cable.
Step 2: Power on both the print server and the USB printer.
(Note: The Bluetooth print server is identified by a device code starting with “SW” followed by Arabic numbers, e.g., SW240834567.)
Step 3: Obtain the Bluetooth Networking COM Number of the print server.
Step 4: Select the corresponding COM Number for the target USB printer in the Printer Properties on your computer.
Step 5: Enjoy printing via Bluetooth from your computer to the USB printer.
Smartphone Printing via Bluetooth:
Download and install the prepaid third-party app “PrinterShare” or “PrintHand” on your smartphone, establish the Bluetooth connection, and then send print jobs from your smartphone to your USB printer.
