It also functions as a Bluetooth Printer Adapter, instantly converting a USB printer into a Bluetooth printer. Even without a network connection, print jobs can be sent via Bluetooth from computers, smartphones, or PDAs.

Equipped with stable cloud server technology, LY-CPS-WB07 supports API integration and third-party MQTT servers. It solves printer connection issues and enables true remote printing, allowing users to send print jobs to office printers from home or on business trips.

8. How to Make Your USB Printer Work with LOYALTY-SECU Wi-Fi Bluetooth Print Server Quickly?

***** Windows Computers Printing via LAN, Cloud Printing*****

Step 1: Connect the Devices

Connect the LOYALTY-SECU Cloud Print Server to your USB printer via the USB interface. Power on both the print server and the printer.

Step 2: Configure WiFi via Smartphone

1.Download the Print Server Configuration App (Print Assistant) from our website.

2.Install and open the app on your smartphone.

3.Locate your print server device (named by its device code, e.g., SW240834567).

4.Select your WiFi network, enter the password, and connect. The print server will obtain a dynamic IP address automatically.

Step 3: Install PC Software for Cloud & LAN Printing

1.Download PC Print Assistant from our website onto your Windows computer.

2.Install and open the software.

3.Locate the print server device by its device code and enter the PIN code (found on the server label).

4.Log in to the cloud server and bind the USB printer you want to use.

Step 4: Printing via Smartphone

1.Download a third-party & prepaid printing app such as PrinterShare or PrintHand on your smartphone.

2.Follow the app instructions to connect to your USB printer over LAN.

3.Send print jobs wirelessly to your USB printer.

Step 1: Connect Devices

Connect the Bluetooth print server to your USB printer using a USB cable.

Step 2: Power On

Turn on both the print server and the USB printer.

(The print server is identified by its device code, starting with “SW” followed by numbers, e.g., SW240834567.)

Step 3: Obtain Bluetooth COM Number

Find the Bluetooth networking COM number assigned to the print server.

Step 4: Configure Printer on PC

In your computer’s Printer Properties, select the corresponding COM number for your USB printer.

Step 5: Print via Bluetooth

Send print jobs from your computer to the USB printer over Bluetooth.

Smartphone Printing via Bluetooth

1.Download and install a third-party & prepaid printing app, such as PrinterShare or PrintHand, on your smartphone.

2.Start the Bluetooth connection through the app.

3.Send print jobs wirelessly from your smartphone to the USB printer.
