If you need to clear the printer queue on your print server, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Open the Print Management console. You can do this by going to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Print Management.
  2. In the left pane, expand the print servers node and then click on the print server that you want to manage.
  3. In the right pane, select all of the printers that are listed under the "Printers" node and then click on the "Delete" button.
  4. Confirm the deletion of the printer queues and then close the Print Management console.

You can also clear the printer queue by using the "net stop spooler" and "net start spooler" commands from the Command Prompt. However, this method will also stop any other print jobs that are currently in progress. Therefore, it is generally not recommended unless you are sure that there are no other print jobs that need to be completed.
